The guys were so friendly and nice. My item was heavy for me and he carried it in my front door for me. They called me 30 minutes before they got here and was on time. I would recommend shipping from these people 100%. Thanks so much.

A Peloton Spin Bike was ordered for me as a 'gift' in early March, 2021. The delivery date was set in mid-April and I eagerly anticipated its delivery! About one week ahead of the expected delivery XPO sent an email confirming the date and assuring me that their personnel would be Covid-considerate (masks, social distance) and asked that I do the same. I received similar messages between that date and the delivery date. On the delivery date, the crew called about 30 minutes ahead to let me know their expected arrival time. Shortly after, a recorded message from XPO came confirming the arrival time. I appreciated the lead time since it allowed me to get everything ready to facilitate the delivery of the bike. The crew arrived exactly on time. They were very professional, considerate, and competent. The whole delivery and setup took about 10 minutes. I was riding the bike later that day. In all, it was a very professional process!
XPO delivered a new couch I ordered. They were very professional. I received a call to arrange the drivers time/date and then text updates leading up to the delivery date and a phone call 15 minutes prior to their delivery. The delivery agents were able to bring the couch into my living room quickly and without any issue. Thank you
Had a wonderful experience with two delivery guys from XPO Logistics out of the Grand Rapids, MI area. They dropped off my Peloton Bike and helped assemble it back in January. The same two XPO logistics representatives showed up for a bike repair today (April), and had another great experience with the XPO delivery team.
My peloton was supposed to deliver on March 12 and I got a message they would be there in 30 minutes. I left work and home within 10 and waited 2 hours and nothing, not even a phone call. When I checked status, it said they returned to warehouse. I called and the lady couldn’t explain and said she would look into it and call me back, but she never did. I looked at my delivery email and it said they were at my house and left with 8 minutes right after they sant text and call stating they would be there in 30 minutes and no phone call so I could communicate with driver. I called next day, I was transferred 3 times and no one could answer my question or help me until the third person but said that I needed to reschedule. I couldn’t reschedule until March 23, today. This time I got the text and someone called me and said they would be here in 20 minutes. I am happy to have my bike and they were quick to setup, professional and courteous. I am just disappointed I had to wait longer to get my bike due to lack of communication the first time. If someone had called me, I could have said I was on my way. I missed them by 2 minutes the first time. Hopefully they take this feed back and use it to improve communicating with their customers.
The guys who delivered my sofa did an excellent job and were very polite. Text updates from XPO were spot on. Great service!
If I could give zero stars I would. Was supposed to receive a delivery today. It hasn’t even shipped and they have no idea what is happening. Was on hold for over an hour.
