Incredible service from Logan and Angie. Logan went out of his way to accommodate me with my disabled vehicle in his shop, while giving me an incredible price on a rental for the interim. Both were super pleasant to deal with. It was my first time at this shop since moving up from the GTA. I’ll just bring our cars here from now on.

A few days ago, while I was on vacation, there was a problem with my check-engine light, so I decided to go to Easthill Volkswagen to see what the problem was. Reckina Benoit and the mechanic were very kind and eager to help, and solved the issue quickly. I am happy that there was absolutely no hassle involved.
Check out a used Tiguan, sales lady had no clue about their vehicles. She did say there were no accidents. Except underneath the back seats was a piece of paperwork saying the vehicle had been in an accident. My wife after the test drive asked the sales lady why she wasn’t honest. She replied that she didn’t have to notify us being the accident was under 2000. I know it was much but it was the principal and we bought somewhere else.
They just picked up 3 employees from Guelph VW one is a very knowledgeable mechanic got most of his training in Germany working in VW shop's.
