I called and ordered a pizza waited over an hour and a half and tried calling the store which was closed! Upon calling Customer Service I was informed that someone canceled my order!!! I was told it was either the customer service representative who took my order, who was extremely rude, or the store itself!! Would've been nice to have had a phone call making me aware of the cancellation!! Bad Business!!

Excellent place. Food is always top notch and we never have to heat it up a bit like other places before we eat it. It’s always hot and ready to eat upon delivery. The delivery drivers are awesome and super friendly every time. The store is also really nice as well with awesome workers! Thanks for the amazing service and food whether I’m picking up or have it delivered!

This new call center is awful. I called three times got hung up on. Finally placed the order they take a long time ask question. Called the other night at 10:50 took her 10 minutes to get everything in the computer keep asking me to wait. Then as I was giving her my card number she said it was 11:00 she could not take my order. This way is not working for their customers. Guess we will need to try dominos instead.

Ordered the Shaq pizza asked for regular crust I received thin crust and it was burned. I will never EAT AT THIS NASTY. ALSO THE PIZZA HAD ALOT OF GREASE
