I have shopped at Allegro for years. The team is second to none. Prompt, Caring and interested in fixing things the correct way the first time. Wish google had a 6 star rating. You will not find a better shop in the W2 area.
The couple who own this shop are both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. As a cycling novice, I asked many questions and asked for recommendations, to which they offered uniformly fantastic responses. They sold me a bike and, when I had acquired a flat two days later (being a cycling novice), they got me going again immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Luv the expert advice, tips, professional nature, and information specific to my particular needs provided by Katherine during my trip to Walla Walla. She was extremely patient with me and educated me about bikes. I went in the store knowing nothing about bikes—not even how to ride them or get on and off of them! She is an expert and awesome educator and has a friendly nature. While I was there, customers came in only wanting help from her. She is a very valuable sales person. If it were not for her, I would not have ended up with a bike. She even did research online, looking for additional accessories specific to my individual needs.
