We love Jamie and can’t wait for her to be back!!! Phoebe and Fedora have been quarantine home trimmed! Need I say more? They don’t want to be seen in public. They want to come see Jamie!
Called the day prior to find out if I needed an appointment to get my dogs nails clipped. I was informed that if I dropped by between 9-3 it was nit a problem, they could pause from grooming and take care of it. I did this, driving 25 minutes in , and was told they were too busy to clip the nails. I explained what I had been told the day prior and the lady said yes that is true, that is their policy, but they were too busy... they may be good but this is really cruddy customer service, Went to another groomer and was accommodated. Won’t be back.
We take all of our animals here and the staff is great.
