The Walla Walla Airport Avis counter is the best car rental company in Walla Walla. The convenience of the Avis counter, coupled with a great staff and car selection is why I recommend it. I always rent cars here when needed in Walla Walla. They're the best.

Doesn't seem like anyone works here - the county is always empty, and no one has ever answered the phone. Really hard to get into contact with anyone here!
I reserved a car here last Friday and when I came by the counter they were closed and not re-opening for another two hours. I called the night before and someone said 100% someone would be there to help me. Since they were closed, I had to take a 135 taxi to the Pasco airport to catch my flight home. I'll never rent a car here again! Save yourself the hassle too and don't book with them either.
