We have lived here for a year and absolutely love it ! The office staff and maintenance are really great. Amanda and Don are super friendly and nice. There are amazing walking trails we use daily with our dogs. We just signed another year lease we are so happy. Chris and Joce Schwandt

We love it here. The management is great. If there is a problem maintenance is right there to fix the problem (Don Johnston). Amanda Burt is great the front office is always decorated nicely and she always greats you with a hell-o and a smile. We picked a great place to live. The apartment was clean and nice when we moved in. There has been a chili feed, pizza party, doughnuts, hamburgers, ice cream, treats for the pets, pet of the month and raffles. Pumpkin carving contest, best vacation contest, there will be a Christmas door wreath contest. Super place. Hats off to Amanda and Don. The Reeds and Sophie

My wife and I have enjoyed living at Lion's Gate. We have been very comfortable in our apartment since we moved to Walla Walla in 2005--this is so, especially because of the staff at the apartment-complex's administrative office. Both Amanda and Don are exceptionally helpful and courteous people, who work with enthusiasm and good humour. Whenever we have asked them for help, they have responded with impressive speed, energy, and detail. I have repeatedly seen Don greet various residents cheerfully while driving through the premises, repairing someone's garage-door, or even on his knees, as he paints the lines of different parking-slots at the complex with an intense attentiveness that is as moving as it is impressive. I very much hope that Amanda and Don receive well-earned appreciation, both spoken and material, from their employers.

Think we finally found our forever home! Place is well maintained, inside and out; tenants are friendly yet respectful of each other; manager and maintenance staff are awesome! Add to that a great location with nearby schools, parks, fire dept and every store or amenity you could need, what more can I say?!

Absolute WORST apartment complex to rent from. HORRIBLE management-nice at first, the flips like a light switch. doesn't give you all the information, rapes you in charges, preys on college students, ETC. Will inform everyone when looking for an apartment to rent, to not rent from here.
