From the time I contacted the Sears store in Walla Walla to inquire about getting our new appliances to the time I walked through their door I have been impressed with the knowledge and service offered to me. We are buying just exactly the Range, Refrigerator and Dishwasher we needed for our kitchen upgrade. The scheduling worked out perfectly with out project. A shoutout to Teresa for her help.
A Sears at heart it is an all-in-one store. Everything from appliances, tools to lawn and garden equipment. This Sears has it all. Parking was ample outside. Some stalls were a little tighter than others. Store staff were friendly throughout. Store premises were very clean and tidy. Store was very well organized and items were easy to find. Even the bathroom was nice and clean. Would recommend the store to anyone looking for a good old-fashioned Sears with good quality items.

Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff! I worked with Theresa and Gary, the owner, and both made the otherwise stressful experience of buying a new washer and dryer at the last minute as smooth as can be. I really appreciated how well they explained the steps involved and did everything they could to make sure we could get our new appliances up and running as quickly as possible. I far preferred the in-person experience of shopping there to ordering online, especially considering the importance of the purchase! I have total confidence that if I have any questions or need further assistance down the line, I can call on them.
I ordered a dishwasher online. The lady cancelled my order because apparently it wasnt in stock and i asked if they could get it and she tryed to charge me 200 more dollars. If you dont have it take it off your website.
