We are waiting for an estimate and will decide on we do business with. I was real comfortable listening to discussion about how best to resolve hating/cooling issues. I like the ideas that are brought forth and there was a clear idea of what size of unit(s) we would use. We have to wait to see the estimate and discuss it between ourselves and then, if we chose Total Comfort, we can say how good the company is for future buyers. I have the impression that they will do meticulously good work. Very thorough explanations about heating/cooling systems!

Mark was very knowledgeable about their products. He gave us competitive prices in the estimate and had good knowledge about rebates and how careful they are to leave your house as they found it. One day installation is awesome and was a very positive plus for their company.

We used Total Comfort Solutions to extend our gas line to our outside patio for our firepit and patio heater. Reasonable price and they've got a great staff. We had a couple of issues that concerned us, but the owner, Terry, was very responsive to our concerns and everything is now working great. Good company and an owner that really cares about his customers. We will use them again and will refer others.
