I have not had any major issues and If there is an issue they are very flexible to help in a pinch. I recommend Ben and his team. Simple and easy to work with. They did everything on time and lead time was only 2 weeks to completed install. Total revamp of kitchen with granite. Measurement went fine. Installers double checked the cooktop opening. They asked if I had any questions and were very polite. Cleaned up afterwards. We're happy.
