I just leased a 2021 Jeep Renegade with Krystle (Sales) and Chris (Finance) and it was an extremely straight forward process that exceeded my expectations. Both Krystle and Chris are true professionals and both of them were really enjoyable to work with. I visited the dealership once to see a few of the Renegades on the lot and then conducted the actual purchase remotely using my Zoom account with Chris. Krystle then delivered the vehicle to my house where I signed the paperwork that I had reviewed earlier with Chris. It's really impressive to see the dealership working around the limitations of doing business during a pandemic. I also really want to thank Krystle for providing very market competitive pricing on the vehicle I selected. This is my first Jeep brand vehicle and I will certainly be recommending the brand and this dealership to my friends, family, and coworkers.

Your typical car sales people! Nice in person, lie to your face.. and then wont return any phone calls to help rectify. My husband was in a situation where his lease had ended and he had the option to get into a new vehicle or re finance his current Dodge SUV. After partnering with a friend that is a general sales manager, he connected with Maranda at Dodge in Wallingford, and apprised her of the situation. She said she was able to help him with the understanding that although his old Dodge SUV was over miles and had a scratch on the drivers side, they would explore what would make the most sense financially. She said the miles definitely wouldn't be an issue if he was getting into another lease. So they decided to look at the scratch because if that fee was going to be hefty he would again just finance his current vehicle. They looked at it together and sales agent said \ it shouldn't be a problem\ and the manager agreed. After walking out of there and happy about his new truck, we received the final invoice from the bank in which he was slapped with all the overage in miles and a hefty bill for the scratch - a total of 4,000 to be exact! In the end, it would have been better for him to re-finance his current SUV - but they obviously didn't care about that request.
