Was super skeptical about buying a car from Mike. We had purchased a few lemons in the past and was concerned about buying a “flood car” for this reason. Never dealt with a flood car before, even a dry one. But I decided to give it a go. The car was in great shape and the price was perfect. The bank they used seemed a little strange. All in all I think I may have backed out of the deal 3 times and Mike talked me down each time. Never felt any pressure to buy. Fast forward to the end of my 3k/month warranty I found a leak coming from the rear main seal. Great!!! I was a few hundred over the 3000 miles and Mike had me contact the service mgr Dave, and they not only did the honor the warranty but they offered to do my clutch kit since they were right there and only charged me for the parts. We are quite happy and expect to buy our next few cars from Mike. Thanks again guys. Very good experience buying a car from y’all.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Mike about 3 months ago. He is very personable and knowledgeable. We got a price far lower than anywhere else I have seen in the past year and the dealership fee is less than most places in CT. He and Carlos answered and addressed all of our questions and concerns. My only recommendation is to test drive the vehicle you want somewhere else before you go here since you can only drive it around the parking lot.

I purchased a 2016 VW Beetle from Mike at Imports Unlimited in April 2020. The car looked great on-line and was about 5,000 below what I would expect the price to be, but it had a flood title. I talked with Mike about his business model, thought it made sense, and decided to take a chance and buy the car. The car was delivered to our house via transport. The car is in great shape and so far have found nothing wrong with it. Because the title is a flood title, the insurance company said they wouldn’t give me full price if I need to file a claim, but I didn’t pay full price for it, either (although I am paying full price for the insurance, which is the only disadvantage). The next car I buy, I’m going to check with Mike first.

Update from my review earlier in March. (I couldn't edit my old one) Mike, the owner, actually called me and apologized for everything that had happened with my purchase. He reassured me that he was not happy how things were handled and has since applied new policies and changed how things are quoted and handled. To my surprise, Mike offered to compensate me in a extremely fair way and I have to say his level of customer service is on point.
