Unreasonable and dishonest company. Tech came in to “fix” issue matters then became worse. The tech came to swap out a router and failed to check his work before he left. Had to call them back the next day to have them re-configure our Wi-Fi because it was not carefully reviewed & checked when the router was installed. Hence this, we were charged for something that the tech didn’t do to begin with. On top of that, The tech addressed a separate issue which still persisted after he “fixed it”. The manager refused to send a technician to fix our issues which should have been done free of charge as a professional courtesy. Mind you we were new customers at the time. Now they have lost all business from my establishment. Just from our first experience with them as NEW CLIENTS showed that they are dishonest & provide poor quality of service.
