I was with Park Avenue for quite a few years through my parents. I've been going regularly for prescriptions ever since they opened their office in Wallingford. Most months, I had an issue with my prescription in one way or another (wrong location, script wasn't filled, etc). Today, I was discharged from the office entirely... And earlier today, I called explaining my father tested positive, and I was seeking to get both tests done and scheduled so I can confirm whether or not I had it. I waited in line for four hours waiting to take my test, only to find out that my name was never added... We had to wait in a separate line since we were now considered a \walk-in\. Time and time again this office has been an issue for me. And frankly, you did me a favor. So thank you. Going to update this because it's being ignored. Patients shouldn't have to handle below average care on a regular basis... Not to mention during a pandemic. My ENTIRE family had issues, so this isn't about me... I was discharged for my behavior over the phone, but how heartless does it look when I've explained earlier that my entire family was at risk, and all you do is push us away? I took a test in May for both the quick response and antibody test. The Antibody test was scheduled! If anything has changed, update your patients! There's a bigger problem here than my attitude. My attitude reflected the poor care we've received for years. And it ends now.

This practice is my most favorable of all!! It’s extremely difficult to find a provider who is caring, compassionate, and attentive not only to the needs of their patients but, LISTENS AND HEARS what their patients are saying! The entire staff alike!! I’ve been a patient for several years now and I WOULD NOT TRADE ANY OF THEM!!!
