Good work - if you can get them. I don't know why it has been so difficult to find a reliable, capable, competent plumber since we moved here a year ago, but it is what it is. These guys nailed capable and competent, but reliable is another story. We managed to get these guys to take care of a leak for us after a lot of back and forth. Super nice guys, took care of the job, and we were optimistic we'd found our go-to plumber. Asked them to plumb a gas line for us and after quite a bit of communication they finally got us a quote. We accepted the quote and have tried emailing, calling, and texting to set up a time for them to come do the work... for the past month. Can't get any acknowledgment or reply. The search continues.

I called on a Sunday to leave a message and Mike answered. He was super pleasant and helpful. He asked me to send pictures so that he could price check the parts that we needed. When he called the next day he informed me that he would be able to fit us in earlier than expected, the next day! The technician was on time and speedy, repairing our faucet faster than expected. I couldn't be happier with our experience with Scarpignato Plumbing and Heating and will be recommending them to everyone I know. HIGHLY, highly recommend!
