The first thing you notice when you arrive is a wonderful aroma. The office smells of lavender and clove. There is water and tea in the waiting area but you won’t wait long. Alice is on time and greets you with a friendly smile. Alice is a skilled therapist. She takes time to listen and genuinely wants to help you feel better. Her techniques are both soothing and healing. She respects your privacy and adapts her practice to meet your individual needs. I have arthritis and further injured my back after a fall. I was in physical therapy for months. I saw an orthopedic doctor and a physiatrist. I had a remarkable reduction in my pain but couldn’t get rid of the last nagging bit. I saw Alice once a week for 4 weeks and a little after that last visit, I started noticing I wasn’t having as much pain. In time, it improved even more to where I hardly have back pain at all now. I highly recommend Alice as a massage therapist.

Wholistic Hands Massage Therapist Alice Sherard is the best massage therapist in Wallingford (and beyond!). She truly is at the highest level. I have been a client of Alice's for about 10 years. I have been to numerous therapists in town, in New Haven and the Hartford area, even England! I searched and searched and then I was fortunate to find Alice. I have recommended friends, family and coworkers and they all arrived at the same conclusion. Alice is incredibly skilled in her profession. She knows various techniques and how to apply them to meet your needs. Most times I go to combat stress, but I've back and knee problems that she's solved as well. My sister who is from out of state and also tried many therapists in her area didn't think Alice could possibly live up to the hype I was professing because her experiences were nothing like I described. Then she came to visit and I booked her an appointment. She said it was indeed the best massage she's ever had! We highly recommend Alice Sherard!
