I have ordered a TV which was estimated to be available in 7 days. After 10 days and a phone call with the very rude customer service of Conforama, I have been informed that the TV will only be available ext week\. I can only recommend to avoid this store if you expect professionalism or a competent customer service.

Never buy from Conforama again! They delivered the wardrobe with damaged parts, I reported it but they never contacted me back. Waste of money and time for such a bad service!
A lot of people think Conforama is a place to buy cheap junk (probably because it is a rather unattractive building) and it is true that they have reasonable prices. But I find it a hidden treasure. Everything I have ever bought here has been good quality and comparable to products costing double the price in other stores. An example: During a heat wave, portable air conditioners started at CHF 300 in other stores. I bought one here for CHF 120. That was 6 years ago and it still cools down my apartment. I recently needed folding chairs for a dinner party. I got nice black chairs with cushioned seats for CHF 9.90 each. My guests thought they did the trick. If you have an open mind, this is a place to have a look for housewares.
Good choice of furniture, which is affordable. Bought a very nice table from here and satisfied with the quality.
Not a luxury item store but they have great deals on a lot of everyday items - electronics especially. The store is very clean, they have competent staff in the electronics section (don't know about the rest). They don't have a huge selection but what they do have is reasonably priced.
Last Saturday I had a very positive experience overall. When choosing a sofa,the staff was very patient and helpful. When picking up the sofa I got a rental van free for one hour. The guy at the desk was again friendly and organized a van for me And the prices are more than fair. Highly recommended
Never going back here to buy anything,we tried to buy a sofa but the salesman never looked at our choice and then when we wanted to make the paper work TRIED to sell us a different one. The experience was awful ,even when we were starting to give the details,our salesman and another worker started to discuss things Infront of us,NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.The funny thing is that this salesman even spoke to us bad about his colleague. We lost our trust and this one thing you can only win with good customer service. we walked out and never going back.
They have great stuff, prevé quality is ok, but their pick up service makes this a real adventure. Buying online will make you go through 2 long waiting queues... and, you have to pay parking. Win win.
