Coop in Wallisellen is a big supermarket with a lot of choice and usually has all the newly launched products. I regularly go in there and simply don't understand it and can only put it down to poor management: they regularly run out of stock of the most basic products! I have been in there twice this week for lactose free milk. Out of stock!! They don't seem to be able to get a grip on how many liters they sell. AND this super popular milk is stocked on the bottom shelf. Which is frequently empty. In the Migros this never happens. They have a huge palette of the stuff. I have no idea who the boss is, but he clearly doesn't run a very tight ship! It drives me nuts.
