It‘s a trap ! The contract as many people mention are automatically renewed without informing the customers in advance. If you sign in for this gym, make sure you cancel next week for the year ahead although I highly recommend you not to do it. There are many nice gyms in the area with fair policies.

I also spent many hours trying to dispute an automatic renewal of contract that was terminated on time. This was the most unprofessional customer service I have seen in Switzerland so far. You can not keep customers that don't want your services anymore! Boo!

In this COVID-19 situation Germs, bacteria, and viruses can easily spread in damp environments, so cleanliness is an important factor to consider when workout taking this topic in high consideration HIGH FIVE Fitness has created safe and worry-free environment for their members. HIGH FIVE fitness is well equipped with advance technical training machines which allows me to perform my workout in high Stander. I regularly take verses group courses provided by professional friendly trainers, which helped me understand and implement different ways of keep my body fit and healthy which is really helping me to stay sharp. I enjoy going to wellness in my free time. They have really awesome wellness. Music they play every times are good. For me the best part about this Fitness are the staffs. They are always friendly motivating you to achieve your fitness goal giving you good tips. I really enjoy workout in HIGH FIVE fitness it makes me happy.

Very unprofessional behavior, by trying to enforce automatic renewal of contracts no matter what. They claimed that they never received the termination letter which was sent much earlier than the deadline. They also tried to convince me that my contract ends one month earlier than what was written on the receipt.

The gym is very well equipped, clean and spacious and staff are friendly and helpfull. However, even though masks are obligatory now at all times, plenty of people are still working out without or with the mask pulled down. I haven't seen staff do something about it and there are only a few small signs. I often don't feel very safe when I'm training myself. I also disagree with the practice of contract auto-renewal with 3 months notice. That seems like a money making trap and is not customer friendly.
