I used this dentist for more than 4 years and always had good results with the treatments performed. Just recently I requested a quote for a treatment and I was promised the quote would be completely free, whether I would go or not for it, but finally I received a nice suprise at home when an invoice came, they billed almost 300 Fr for just telling me a number on the phone! When I called them back to request why, they said I understood wrongly! a complete rip-off and total lack of professionalism. Basically they lured me into a trap by first telling me a quote would be free and then charging me hundreds of francs for nothing! ridicoulous attitude as they lost me as a customer plus all my friends as I was previously suggesting this studio. Well done.

After many issues and wrong crowns, that wouldn’t fit, crown stayed for 1 month and then broke in my mouth in pieces. According to the technician they use, he orders crowns from China for 10-20SF. WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. Besides we agreed I will pay 2,000 but I got bill for 4,000

Highly recommandable! Excellent service from highly professional dentists. Ms. Sylver was able to answer all questions i had and outlined potential options in way that anyone can understand. What was very much appreciated is how vocal they were during the process, i was never surprised as they always warned me before doing something. Lastly, after 4 sessions, i didnt bleed once which is astonishing! Something i cant say for most dentists i’ve been with. Thank you!
