Does not do live scans anymore and was quite rude about letting me know
like
16 pages black and white, charge me 19.
I’m writing this review out of frustration and also disappointment. I’ve done two live scans at this location - one which went well and quickly. The other in which I had a terrible experience. When I completed my live scan the gentleman who helped me said it was only 25 which seemed rather low to me because all of my other live scans had cost around 60-70. I questioned him on it but he said it was correct. One month later, my employer had still not gotten my live scan. I called mail n more to see what happened and they insisted that they had sent the live scan results to the right place. They even had the audacity to ask me to write a good review for a live scan that still hadn’t been received by my employer. Two months later, my employer still has not received the live scan (which means I HAVEN’T BEEN PAID FOR 2 months!!) and I have correspondence from the DOJ saying that mail n more sent the live scan to the wrong ORI number. I called mail n more and they refused to accept that they made a mistake and they told me to wait even longer for the results even though I have proof from the DOJ that they screwed up. Doing business with them has been a horrible waste of my time and energy. I got it redone at another live scan location and the fee was around 70 which is what I would have excepted the government fees to be if they had done it correctly. I’m incredibly disappointed in their customer service and their attention to detail.
