After inquiring about a car almost a week ago I was told the car would not be available until today for viewing due to inspection. I drove nearly an hour, was allowed to take the car for a test drive, and upon return told them I was ready to purchase the vehicle. When asked if I was going to finance I said yes I would finance a portion, and then asked to visit the restroom period when I came out, I was informed that a wire risk received on the car and it was no longer available. Very disappointed with the level of communication.

Since Sac dealer closed I was moved to nearest location of WC. Deric been great calling daily and making sure i am aware of what is happening with the suv ,towing and arranging a rental car all covered by the dealer. Suv came back washed and clean as well ;) Thank you ,
