Dispatch helped me with a stalking incident (old stalker found my new address). I felt unsure about filing a police report since there was technically no crime, but the woman on the non emergency number reassured me that it's always good to have a record of the incident. A dispatch officer contacted me immediately after, and calmly explained my options as he filed an incident report. They were quick to provide whatever help they could, and were very non judgmental about the situation (they didn't tell me I was overreacting or dismiss my concerns).

dont even mind calling these guys theyll never show up and if they do they dont do a damn thing. I personally became a victim of their thuggish-ness when SERGEANT OFFICER HISQUIRDO (TO MY KNOWLEDGE A SEASONED VETERAN OF THE POLICE FORCE) beat me in the back of a police car and then told me to \File a Complaint\ as he slammed the door on me. The funniest part is ive heard horrific stories of stuff like this but i would never in my life imagine it would happen to me in such a high end community like walnut creek. The worst part is that people like him ask \why do the people in the community not trust us??\.

Officer wrote a citation for my parked vehicle for not having license plates. Failed to notice the vehicle was just purchased and the paperwork was taped to the windshield. Now I'm stuck trying to dispute the citation and my dispute keeps getting denied. I should not have to pay for her inability to look at the window.
Y'all just shoot unarmed men for no reason?
Rude dispatch and they don’t seem to care when towing companies violate the law while blocking resident access to a apartment facility.
