Must say, this is by far the best experience I've ever had with any construction project. The best part I would say is the attention to communication. Nothing was missed. I had Sean come to my door and although I looked at many other companies before he assured me what he was offering was different. He's right it was very different. After explaining everything to me and my husband we decided we were going to move forward. After making the sale, I was contacted by a customer service representative named Berenice at their office and she introduced herself and told me that she would be my personal concierge through the project, and keep me updated through every step. She kept true to her word with every update along the project she let me know where we were. We did have a delay in permitting but she let me know that the building department requested for a change in the permit and they got it fixed in 2 days. When the install was happening she confirmed the time with me, Sean showed up as well, and the install crew was exactly on time. They explained everything that would happen, walked me through the process, and answered all of my questions. You can tell the crew was very happy about the work that they were doing. They stayed an extra 30 minutes after install walking around the yard to make sure there weren't any scraps or pieces of trash laying around. Highly highly recommended!! You rock Simple Solar!!

I don’t think I’ve ever met a company that cares so much about its customers and the customer’s experience until I met Simple Solar. From the first interaction with Andrew at our doorstep, to the installation crew taking as much initiative to keep us informed, we were thoroughly impressed on all avenues. They kept us updated every step of the way and we were never left in the dark. Would highly recommend!

Amazing company to work with, everything was fast and my house looks amazing with the new panels. Ryan was amazing at explaining everything! Even though my husband was working out of town, Ryan was with me for over an hour and with my husband through factime and explained everything to both of us and was so patient since we were completely new at this. Kat Perez was our rep and she is awesome! She was very knowledgeable and understanding about my concerns. She was very patient with our daughter who wanted to talk her ear off and show her everything (problem with being stuck inside for awhile due to covid) She has been available for us whenever we have questions or concerns even months after install she still answers the phone greeting me by my name! We got our panels installed in mid October 2020 and fully running early December 2020 just like Kat said!! So far we are very pleased with Simple Solar! We highly recommend them as well as Kat!!
