Took over an hour to pickup a car dolly. It was a one man show who is so slow it was crazy. Would never use this place again. Insane !!
Prices aren't bad! Service was ok! We rented a large truck to move 15 miles. We were allowed to bring the truck back just a few miles away from our new address. Truck was clean. In good operation order. Didn't us much fuel at all for the 26' . I would definitely recommend u haul, with one exception, each u haul rental is independently owned and operated, so not e.g. very single one of them are 5 star, look around! I would use u haul again and probably will in the near future! They also usually, depending on your situation, are the very best at what they do!
