We have been customers of NatureWorks for nearly 20 years and over that time we have used them for about every service imaginable including property maintenance, landscape construction, floral displays, tree care, snow removal, etc. We even have them perform tree pruning at our second home on the Cape. The President, Matt Gramer, oversees a very well-run operation that is innovative, puts the customer first and treats their employees with respect and care. Technically, they are very capable and can handle about any job you present to them. For maintenance customers, Matt will assign you an account manager to oversee and proactively manager your property. I cannot say enough good things about NatureWorks.Their garden designs are stunningly beautiful and creative (Laura H. has a gift for plant design), and they use cutting edge technologies creatively to manage costs and improve service (e.g., a drone to photograph and map the garden). Their ongoing maintenance is environmentally thoughtful (e.g., using low energy, electric lawn mowers and planet friendly mulches), while also being the best service we have ever received from a gardening company. And they must treat their employees very well: everyone from the company is professional, polite, and attentive. After visits, the garden clean up crew even leaves us fresh cut bouquets salvaged from the cuttings. So, so, so impressed!!!
