Max was very professional and did an amazing job on my car , charged me 3 times less than BMW herb chambers . His work was clean on time and great . I would recommend anyone reading this to trust Max because he is very honest and trustworthy . Perfect spot ever. It feel good when you hand your car to a professional german car’s engineer . Max even helped me and gave me a discount on his hour labor since he had a lot of work on the car , for some parts i tried to get them from the bmw factory , Max got them for me witn 20-25% less on some parts from The same bmw factory i tried to get them from before , brain new . When the job was done Max had all my parts and stock parts in a box for me .My car is running better than it has ever been before .
I have been going to Northeast Autobahn since purchasing my first German car back in 2016. Nearly 4 years and 6 cars later, Max is still the only person I trust to work on my car! He always makes it a point to keep me updated about the status of my vehicle while it is at the shop, and has never given me the runaround like so many other mechanics have. Max, and Josh are very knowledgeable when it comes to working on Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and all of the other car brands. In 4 years and multiple vehicles I have never had to bring my car back twice for the same issue. The only issue that I have ever had, is when I don't listen, and buy a car before bringing it by the shop to get the seal of approval from Max. Every time I get the chance I always recommend Northeast Autobahn to anyone who may be looking for a trusted shop to work on their 4 wheeled, German, Luxury babies. 20/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!
