Staff are always lovely to talk to and are very pleasant. Nurses focus on easing the patient and offer great care. A lovely service that I thank them for because I have anxieties. They offer great support and always answer their phones, are great with contact detail updates and appointment times are right on time or even earlier than expected. If I arrive ten minutes before my appointment time, I am normally seen either right on the dot or before the given time of appointment. Staff have always been friendly to me and it's really a great service. Has put me at a lot of ease.

the staff here very inhumane and rude, especially the lady at the reception They are not interested in people's health at all, the most inumam center I have ever seen

Colin & Sam bring the sexual health clinic to my club, top class professional. They put everyone at ease and go above and beyond.....cant thank them enough, however the women that answer the phones and deal with appointments are useless and lack understanding. Sort it out someone!!!

THE WHITE BLONDE HAIRED RECEPTIONIST MUST BE SACKED RIGHT AWAY... she is rude aggressive dismissive and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job she has no consideration for any of the patients and her tone is awful. Poor and unprofessional! Rang to book an appointment for my injection and the Asian lady told me that there’s no appointments available for a month and that I was due to have it 28th August and to come in on that day as a walk in . So I did in which I was unprofessionally dismissed told there was no walk ins available and to do I asked for advice and the white lady said “well there’s nothing I can do about it so you’ll have to go”not even a n alternative option. You’re suppose to put the patient first and show empathy in this practice however she’s rude! And a bully! If she treats adults this way god knows how belittling she treats young people !
