A big thanks to the team at Hatherton Street for their care and attention whilst arranging my mother's cremation. They were professional, friendly and helpful throughout, and I'd highly recommend their services. There was no pressure to take on any additional services (we used the Bronze service), and we were treated with respect throughout. Well done to Becci and the team, and Andy (who led the hearse team staff on the day).

Its the worst time of your life, your precious mother has died. Mom had a funeral plan with the Co op at Hatherton road. My two siblings and i went to see them, we didnt have to make an appointment but we were seen immediately. Sarah Wassell was our advisor, we were seated in a peaceful, clean and comfortable room. Moms plan was 18 years old, but we were not pressured into buying anything else. We were all given time to make decisions and at no time were we rushed or pressured to have any extras. We did need to get order of services and they on the day were gorgeous, everyone commented on them. The florist flowers were superb and a fitting tribute to our mom. we did need a additional car and that was very reasonable. I had to pop into the offices a couple of time to provide things for mom and everytime i was treated with utter respect and dignity. On the day of the funeral everything went fabulously and Cara who was our senior person on the day made evrything extra special, mom was treated with such dignity, she walked infront of the hearse on 3 occassions, it was very special as she bowed and dofted her hat to her. we cant thank you enough for making a very sad and painful day, a real celebration of our wonderful mother..
I have this year unfortunately had two funerals for close family members.. What a fantastic service i have recieved from the staff at Walsall Funeral Very special thanks to Jo, Phillippa and Sarah couldnt have found any better service and committment from these ladies also special thanks to Kara who conducted both funerals her perfect professional conduct was second to none grateful thanks to all Jennifer Hopley and family
