The standard of hairdressing is exceptional as is the Customer Service. I’ve been a customer for a number of years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and you are always made to feel welcome. Nothing Is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hair salon

Class service! Really understand what you want before starting. The hair cut keeps it shape for months and they will give you advice on what products to actually use for your hair. I have tried alot of places around Birmingham but Enrico is THE BEST! Thanks Rico be back soon.

Vitos is a great hairdressers. I've been going for years and they always make you welcome. I've also just been on the re opening due to covid 19 and they went above and beyond with the hygiene. Antibacterial gel was provided as well as screens and adequate space between people. Masks were worn and areas cleaned after every person. It's probably the safest place to get a hair cut in walsall right now. So I'd definitely recommend booking in with them.

Been here a few times over the years. Okay but staff don’t really make much conversation when in chair, seem to rush you out of chair after cut and you wait to pay only for them to not have any money in till so had to tip on top of what you pay
