These decorations are worth a trip to Southern Colorado. Enjoy a fabulous meal while surrounded by holiday joy. Every room is unique.

Our car broke down, so we picked a place to stay close to the repair shop. What a gem of a find! They were so nice and helpful, even with our late night arrival. The rooms are quaint and full of B&B charm. Be careful with the shower - the hot water was a little finicky. The breakfast was the all-star though: fresh cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage, whole wheat toast, potatoes, coffee and fruit. The whole place was decorated for Christmas - like a Christmas Town wonderland! Thank you for a marvelous impromptu stay!!

Karen is the owner, she was amazing. The highway was shut down due to adverse weather, and we called her to get a room very short notice after she closed the doors for the evening.. Much to our surprise she opened her doors not just for us but several other people and families as well. Absolutely in love with this hotel and it's hospitality. I can't comment enough how wonderful the service was, we got a two bedroom suite very cozy, as Goldilocks would have said it was just right, radiator heat and furniture themed dates way back to the good ole days. With modern conveniences such as fridge and microwave, tv etc. Loved the small town feel and generosity that goes with it. Priced just right, convenience even better, and top notch in my book. After traveling for two weeks with family and staying in several other hotels this one has been by far the best one and best nights sleep I've had the whole trip.. Comfy beds, complete with a quilted blanket! All in all thank you for the wonderful stay, and got opening your doors to keep me and my family from the freezing temps and hazardous conditions of the wonderful winter snow!! You'll be seeing us again keep up the good job A

Vintage decor, beautiful Christmas decorations and great service. Would be 5 stars if the train tracks weren't so close. Trains with loud horns going by almost every hour overnight. There were ear plugs in the room as part of the amenities, though. The breakfast was cooked fresh for each table and the food was good. The restaurant had a nice selection on the menu and the daily special was economically priced. Overall it is a lovely old building with interesting architecture and decor. I would stay again...and opt to wear the earplugs.

The room had a light outside of the window. The room was dusty. The trains will wake you up in the middle of the night.

Absolutely loved this place! Karen and her staff are wonderful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. The rooms are very homey and welcoming. Our family of 5 enjoyed the common room for watching movies and playing card games. The family sweet was perfect for us.
