We had a fantastic experience with Emily Hess at Walser. We were very specific in the vehicle we wanted and looked all across the country for it. Walser had the perfect vehicle and a much lower price than any other dealers we looked at. Emily was great - she was always available by phone or text and handled all the curve balls we threw at her with ease! She made it so simple to purchase a car from a separate state and to register it in another state and was such a pleasure to work with.

Had a wonderful experience with James and Jeff when we bought our Outback a couple days ago! Initially we started working with Jeff, who was patient and didn't seem to mind one bit that we wanted to drive a ton of cars. We wanted to buy used so we were picky. After going home and discussing and deciding on the vehicle we wanted we reached out again. Unfortunately he would be there to continue working together. He set us up with James who was also incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. Helped us make the best decision we could! Never once did we feel pressured. We LOVE the car we ended up purchasing. Added bonus that the dealership is lovely and new. Clean and safe. No one minded my antsy kids running around bored from being in a dealership for a couple hours. All in all a great experience and so glad we went Subaru!
