Called in the morning and by 11 am Craig was here to tear out our old water heater and install a new on. Not only was he on time he was professional, kind and honest. I would use this company again without hesitation. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was nice and helpful. Great customer service!!! That’s hard to find anymore !! Thank you Craig and everyone from Walters and Hemming!!!!!!!

Prompt and on time. I called Walter and Hemming after reading their google reviews to see what my neighbors had to say. I'm away from my home for a month and found the furnace stopped working. I called and Craig (a service technician) was at my house in 20 minutes, a quick trip back to get a part after diagnosing my problem and I was up and running in 2 hours! Scheduled an appointment to have some plumbing work quoted. Jay showed up, said he’d get me a formal quote for the work and that’s as far as things went. I reached out for a follow up to get the quote so I could get things rolling and was snubbed again. Called up Precision Plumbing and got everything taken care of in minutes. Poor business practice to snub someone.

Talked with business twice,- got an appointment set up then 2nd call where appt was confirmed again then no one showed. Apparently i needed a 3rd final confirmation. Owner said he didnt want to send someone ALL they to my address, which is 5 min away. I was hopeful they would be able to figure out my faucet issue, but when hemnes and walters dont show up... gotta hire someone more reliable. Sad

Jason responded to my call and repaired my AC the same day. He was highly articulate in explaining my issue, which happened to be electrical, and he had my AC up and running in no time. The bill was fair, Jason was friendly and down to earth, and I enjoyed visiting with him while he attended to repairs. He answered questions related to my future AC/furnace concerns, and my overall experience with Walters and Hemming was both highly professional and successful in meeting all my concerns. I have been a customer for over 20 years and see no reason to look elsewhere for my plumbing, furnace, and central AC needs.
