I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with AlphaGraphics in Waltham - everything from their customer service, to their price, quality, and speed were awesome! I contacted them in desperation looking for a printer who could do a same-day turn-around for a memorial bookmark for a service for my uncle. Mike was extremely patient and helpful with selecting the proper stock, ensuring I provided the file in the proper format for a full bleed, and working with me to provide a price quote when I was still working on the design file. I highly recommend AlphaGraphics for anyone who needs a high level of quality and service at a good price point with a quick turnaround.
After difficulties with two major brand names in the printing industry with previous projects, I went to AlphaGraphics for my most recent project - a portfolio. Something I didn't trust the two major brand names with. I am very pleased with the results and was worth the money I spent on the printing. John was very kind to alert me of equipment problems before printing my portfolio and before I came to the store. While one of the major brand names I had previously worked with didn't and tried to hide the problem - which exacerbated the situation since that project was going into a frame for exhibition. He had a proof of the portfolio already by the time I got to the store and the graphics looked gorgeous. The texture of the paper (silk) makes it feel of high quality while flipping through the portfolio. If you are printing a project out that you care about, definitely check out AlphaGraphics, and let them know what type of project it is, it will help them know how to treat the project. Overall great service and efficiency. Will consider for future projects. :)
My sister and I have just started a business in staging and redesign and called AlphaGraphics in Waltham to start the process of developing our marketing materials.
