I just finished a refinance with Michael and Aaron. They were very professional and upfront with the costs. The best part was that they were not pushy at all, as opposed to some of the big lenders, who I had to block because they weren’t willing to let me do it on my terms AND would have cost more for the same points. They were always available to answer my questions and walk me through the documents. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You should definitely consider giving them a call if you are thinking of refinancing.

Mike, Aaron, and John are high level brokers. Excellent customer service. These guys not only offer wholesale pricing, but they have a good sense of humor. They use Rocket and Quicken Loan's wholesale rates. Talk about good fast and cheap! You guys rock!

Aaron was very responsive promptly answering our questions and staying proactive. Following his recommendations we were able to switch between lenders during the process as the rates went down. I worked with Aaron Payne at AMR. I have to say that he is very resourceful and knows how to get the job done on time, and always with a cool head and cheerful disposition. Would highly recommend him to anyone especially with a complex situation and would engage him in a heartbeat! To put it simply he got done for me at very reasonable cost what several other brokers could not accomplish other than at very high interest rates and costs to me. Thanks a ton Aaron!!
