Dr. Robinson is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable physicians I’ve had in my life. I am very thankful that I have her as my provider. I would never go anywhere else. This primary care office is the best.

I honestly really like Dr. Hackett and the other MD and NP, but dealing with the office staff is terrible. There's no need to have such an attitude all the time. I'm seriously considering a new primary care because of them.

I’ve been going to this location for the last 2 years. I feel the need to leave a review now after reading some pretty bad ones. I’m glad I chose this location to seek medical attention when I needed. The doctors are great! I’ve been seen by 3 and all have been knowledgeable, sweet, attentive, and most importantly diagnosed accurately & treated accordingly. I’ve also seen a nurse practitioner & she also did a great job. Front staff have always been courteous with me. I’ve called last minute to book an appointment a few times and they’ve always managed to squeeze me in the same day. When I call with questions they usually address all concerns, if not they get back to me quickly if they have to ask a doctor. Wait times, never waited more than 5 min. Highly recommend Beth Israel Waltham!

You know I really really wanted to like this Clinic. I really did. Doctors are good. But the office staff come off as cold, kind of rude, and not very understanding. I have a bit of a fear going to the doctor and the staff when dealing with them made it much worse. To the point where going there was getting to much. Just calling there was super stressful. Add to that the bad location and traffic. Plus the fact that they cancel your appointment if you are just a few moments late and the waiting room is empty... just too much stress to keep going there. Again doctors are good there but their staff need to think about how they treat their patients.

Horrible customer service. I thought they would be responsive given the small office and pedigree with Beth Israel. In fact you would do better with the Registry or an old Soviet bureaucrat. They do not care about their patients. Just another patient mill where they collect their fees. What has happened to health care in this country? Avoid if you care about the health of you and your family.

Super unprofessional and rude staff. They lose things and should be much more professional. The guy who takes blood is way to clumsy and knocked the needled out shooting blood everywhere. The nurse is very rude on the phone but then in person she is not so bad. I was told incorrect information several times and they will never follow up with you. Talking to the actual doctor on the phone is impossible... even when they ask you to follow up. I have a new doctor and wont ever be back,

Dr. Hackett and Caroline are wonderful with my daughter. She's 4 months old now and the first 3 visits are home visits. The staff and practitioners are professional, respond promptly to questions, and very nice.
