Worst experience ever! I paid over 1700 with no improvement of my initial skin complaint. I went in looking for a chemical peel which has always worked for me. However, Mirielle was very convincing that the Ematrix would correct my skin issues. After the first 2/3 treatment, I quit because my skin became much darker with hyperpigmentations, which is what I was seeking help for to begin. When I expressed my concerns several times to Christine, she was very rude and told me that the hyperpigmentations I got from the ematrix was initially there. I have never met someone so dishonest and rude to me at the same time. I did not complete my treatments even though I paid in full, and I will never go back. I think the higher cost of me getting the ematrix was more important than listening to my concerns. Very unhappy customer. I should be refunded!! I am considering a lawyer for this case.

Great Location. Great Service. Best Deals. I can vouch for this place because I tried other places in the area before and I can guarantee that the staff here is really awesome!! They're knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. They clear all your doubts very patiently. The best part- They're always reachable and very flexible in scheduling appointments. I met Mireille the first time and felt very comfortable during my first consultation. She talked about all the possibilities, and made me a very practical plan with the best pricing. Its been about 6 months and the results are as as promised. All the services by their brilliant estheticians are conducted very professionally with the best machines and tools. Can't wait to get more things done here :)
