This company is a joke. Almost a year ago I tried signing up for a print and digital marketing. The digital portion was to be free for several months before the print. Nothing was set up, there was no proper contract and the best part, they sent me a contract with one of the fake google listings as my name. I tried to contact them multiple times with no luck. It was so bad, I put an end to whatever there was, or was not, after they started charging my credit card for services not rendered. After this ordeal was taken care of, they started charging my credit card again several months later. Again I need to dispute charges, and this time change my card number. Today they have reached out to me claiming I owe them money. This has now become harassment and I will be seeking legal action.

This company is trying to con me out of more money past their employment. They are a terrible company as all advertising companies have been top to bottom for Verizon. I finally had enough and severed ties with them in writing and verbally last year. I contacted them to ask why they were overrunning into the next year with the billing. I obtained a final billing date and complied by giving them money. Just as I thought I had purged myself of this disease they started billing me again, I have called them twice and the girl explained to me that I had signed a contract that said that even after the end of the billing cycle they can bill me into the next year for up to six months. I told her that is ridiculous I was not going to be conned she said I'm sorry but we are going to keep billing you and you cannot advertise till you give us the money. I asked her who would want to F- Horrible company.

Dex YP and Thryv are the biggest rip offs to a business owner they promise you everything including a credit if they don't perform and when you business numbers drop due to your phone not ringing they tell you they cant let you out of your contract.
