Pediatrics is incredibly frustrating. They never pick up the phone even though there's usually around three or four people working the front desk in pediatrics and it's rarely busy. They ask you to leave a message when they miss the call. Ok I leave a message... then they call me back but like most people I work so I miss the return call.. they leave me a message asking me to call back... I call back and get nobody answers so I leave another message... PICK UP THE PHONE!!! This happens all the time and it's no way to run a health care facility. 0 stars.

I love this MGH west hospital. Great doctors and nurses!
It is the same care as you would receive in the hopital's outpatient department with free parking. All tests are interpreted by MGH physicians.
Allergist was great and I can see that my child will see improvement with her eczema with the new treatment. However the lady at the blood lab was terrible!!!!! She put the needle in and out of my little girl’s arm a dozen times while she was screaming and Not a word of apology. If you don’t know how to draw blood you should find a new job!! Even an adult would be traumatized with this kind of experience.
This place is quite easy to find using the GPS. It takes 2 1/2 hrs. from Claremont NH. I have been here twice and the free parking is great. Free parking is in a parking garage. Easy in and out access. After you've parked there is no need to leave the garage because there is an inside elevator to take you to what ever floor you need to go. Once at the Dr.s office there is a nice comfortable waiting area. They have a TV but I always bring headphones and a tablet. The building offers guest WIFI, and there are electric plugs in the waiting area so I don't have to worry about low battery. There are very nice and clean bathrooms near by.
