I’ve been going to massage envy in waltham since I was pregnant 4 years ago for prenatal massages. Since then I’ve had several therapists and have found them all to be terrific. I personally have had my favorite therapist, Fan now for the last 3 years! In addition Jeannie has been my go to for facials! She explains the process, listens and applies the best products to match your skin type and desired results. Massage envy has been on top of all protocols to protect us during this pandemic. What is also great is if you are a monthly member and have excess credits to use, you can allow friends and family to reap the benefits!

I’ve originally started going to Massage envy in Waltham several years back due to a neck issue that I have and how close it was to where I lived. Diane has been a lifesaver and since I started going to her about 4 years ago, I moved about a 1/2 hour away and I won’t go to anyone else. She is professional, listens to what my problem areas are and will focus on those areas if I need her to for the entire session. The staff at the desk are friendly and helpful. They let me know about new services but I never feel badgered to add anything on. Highly recommend.
I always felt great after the massage. They always listen when I tell them about a particular area that needs extra attention.
I went in for a chemical peel and didn’t receive the results I wanted. The lady told me that my face isn’t supposed to peel but that’s what I paid for. I am very upset about that

Didn’t feel like the therapist was responsive to my concerns or requests. She only wanted to do my shoulders. She was also coughing through the entire time. Place was nice and clean. On par with other massage envy locations.
I just had the best experience at massage envy with Diara. I got a full body massage and her pressure was perfect. The beds are heated which enhances the massage. I loved the whole massage but if I had to pick my favorite part was the head and feet. I didn’t want the massage to end. I highly recommend Diara. I will definitely be returning to visit Diara at the massage envy in Waltham.
