Instantly I was greeted with the most amazing smile and eye contact with the employee of the night and I am still in shock at the charm that she had with me... I was just here to pay my monthly bill, and all of the sudden we're talking gigabits!!! Extremely well maintained staff and I had a great experience with the new technology that we experienced together. Time for me to work on using my new Gigabits!!!! 81

Excellent customer service !! Fernando was exceptional in helping me pick out my new phone . He also saved me 15 a month as I had previously signed up with a higher monthly rate that I thought I needed for data . He will import your contacts / phone numbers into your new phone too. The sales team at Metro PCS on River St are such a huge asset to Metro PCS company. I have gone to the Main St branch where the sales person was soooo rude I never went back. Keep up the good work , I will recommend you highly !

Ported my number from sprint and was having a problem on my end and they wprked with me to get everything resolved and fixed. They were very professional and know what they were doing. I left metro to go to sprint and after 4 months came back because it really is the best bang for for the buck and they have the best service in Boston. Thank You :)
