I am a regular patient at this office, and while I do agree with some of the reviews as far as the occasional long wait, I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and concern that I receive from my doctor. I had to leave this office for a time due to insurance coverage issues, and the level of attention I received elsewhere was nowhere near that which I receive here. One star deducted for the wait times (sometimes you get called right away only to sit in the exam room for a half an hour!) but four solids for the doctor! I guess it is worth the wait sometimes!

I had an appointment at 4:15 and have been waiting for 75 minutes. I’m actually waiting right now still. I think I need to find a new doctor.

During all my visits staffed seemed stressed and unable to act professionally, rolling eyes, shrugging shoulders was common. Staff also seems clueless on what they are doing. When asked for a clarification on a bill they use phrases like \I don't know\, \That's not my job\ a LOT. May be they don't have required tools, expertise and information to help their patients Given for any visit a patient will interact mostly with a staff. Doctors-patient interaction is maybe 10% of the time you spent at the facility. Interactions with staff affects the mental and emotional state of the patient. If you have NO OTHER* option, then consider this facility and prepared to be treated with minimum compassion & empathy. * getting medical attention is often important

Called them today they told that they are booked for next 3 month, but on \masshealthchoices\ says they do accepts new patients. Well, 3 month to see a doctor sounds interesting.

Not gonna lie, a little disappointed. I’ve been going there for about 2 years now and I hadn’t had any issues until yesterday when I needed them. I’ve had a cough for 3 weeks now and wanted to see somebody....anybody! They couldn’t fit me in and suggested to go to urgent care down the hall. As a healthcare professional, this is not the option I preferred. If I did I would’ve gone without calling them. For one my copay is 99% cheaper if I saw someone in the office (alas this is our healthcare system). I find this absurd from a primary care group. I work at a specialist office and we do anything we can to see patients that day or the next. I wasn’t even offered anything else this week just to go to urgent care. As I said l, I like the office and always had a pleasant experience, just a little disappointed when I’m actually sick, I can’t get in.
