Ted, Beth and their whole team were wonderful to work with! They made the closing so easy for us. We wanted to review things early and they were able to get us all of the paperwork in advance and come to us to review. They live by their slogan of closing anywhere, any time! Our realtor said it was his easiest closing! We've closed three times and they were by far our favorite to work with. We'll be using them every time moving forward and recommending to our friends. Very professional, helped us easily understand the paperwork and nice to work with.

We've used QuickSilva twice. Once when purchased our condo in the Back Bay, and another time to refinance. Both times they made it easy and the people were terrific. I especially liked on the refinance they came to our home in the evening to sign the documents. Highly recommend Ted and his team.

My fianced used Jessica M Cunha Esq in 2016 to represent him on purchasing his new home. Fast forward to now, he was in the process of selling the place he purchased in 2016 a couple months ago. My fiance's buyer's attorney and title insurance company find a discrepancy in the recorded documents. We brought it back to both Jessica and the CEO of QuickSilva and hope they would help us clear this issue since they closed for my fiance. But they told us that the title policy doesn't cover this and we are on our own to fix the issue. We truly believe if the title search and all documents were vetted properly and thoroughly back in 2016, then this would never have happened now. I should also add that Jessica never made mention to my fiance about these documents discrepancy back in 2016 when she was representing my fiance. I understand people make mistakes but not taking the ownership and responsibilities after you are being called out is what bothers me. We do not recommend this attorney and/or office.
