Shant and his team at Guaranteed Rate are the best. Shant has helped us through two new home purchases and many refinances. Libby, Rose and Kyle were so helpful and patient through the whole process. They are thorough, professional, and reliable. During our most recent sale and purchase, Shant saved the day when our buyer's bank dropped the ball. This well-known, national bank, which I won't name, missed deadlines again and again and couldn't even be bothered to communicate with their own clients. Shant and his crew met every deadline and were very responsive. If you want someone that you can rely on, Shant is your guy. I wouldn't ever think of using anyone else.
