There was no proper follow up of our request by T-Mobile, which caused me inconveniences with previous carrier who has charged their fee, i.e. we had both services ongoing at the same time. Now dealing with them to refund and deactivate our number. The representative of T-Mobile assured me that our previous carrier service will be deactivated. However, it revealed that it was not deactivated and our request to replace a new T-Mobile number with our old number was not completed.

This store only have two associates to handle customers but both are very friendly and knowledgeable but the wait time is bit longer. Blanca Contreras helped me to port my number (4 lines ) to t mobile, she deserves 5 star rating. Happy to go back to this place even with the long wait time .
I'm not a T-Mobile customer but today I decided to go to this store and find the promotions that T-Mobile is offering to customers like me that are trying to switch to T-mobile. Maria was really friendly she answer every question that I asked her, I'm very satisfied with her work, she is very knowledgeable. I'm definitely coming back to this location
Fixed my phone like new!
Awkward experience. Went in asking about a prepaid plan. The sale person asked if I worked around here I smelled like food Got a plan and asked for my receipt. I was told T-mobile only provided receipt through texts. So weird.
