Gove the owner of the establishment is the best instructor you could ask for. He is a military veteran who has been taking martial arts since the 1980's. The environment is family friendly and laid back. He teaches modern mixed martial arts (MMA), with a traditional belt system. His pricing is the best you will find in the area as well. Highly recommend checking it out!
