My parents were considering buying a flat in sheltered accommodation as they were entering their 90's but they did not want to leave their house of nearly 60 years together. We decided to try live-in carers to see if that could work. We used Amily Homecare and one year on we couldn't be happier. My parents are happy and safe in their own home and for most of that time they have been looked after by the same 2 carers on a fortnightly rotation. The carers are lovely and supportive on a daily basis and great in a crisis - we've had a couple of ambulance call outs in that time and both issues were dealt with very well. We couldn't be more delighted with our decision to use Amily.

Amily are a crucial part in the well being of our family. Their Personnal Assistants take my daughter out for day trips which she absolutely loves, giving her much needed access to the community. I can also relax during that time knowing my daughter is safe and being well cared for. Due to the nature of my daughter's learning difficulties, she can at times display very challenging behaviour, which is well managed by Amily's experienced staff. I have no hesitation in recommending the services Amily provide as I have always found them to be reliable, very professional and also immensely easy to deal with.
