Inpolite, rude, arrogant. After traveling 1800 km to buy a car from them, they told us to come back later because they were busy drinking coffee and chatting, and in half and hour when we returned they had decided to close the dealership for the day because they remembered they had a local carnival. We travelled back to Munchen and bought a car from there instead, but we lost some time and money because of them.
