Oxford´s neighbour

This place has normally 2 very friendly people working and then there is the lady that always decides to let people wait while she unpack cigarettes that no one is really buying at the busiest time of the day. Never seen this lady smile at anyone and she gives people the impression of not liking whatever she is doing. Always happy when I can refill somewhere else.
