I had my motorcycle repaired over there. The cost aproximation differed by 10% from the actual cost in the favour of the workshop. Which is strange because as the mechanic called me the day before he said that there had been no problems with the repair, and as I came to pick up the motorcycle the lady at the counter said that it had taken double the time but graciuosly she had added only an additional 25Euro amount to the approximated 320Euro. My mistake was that I had not taken the approximation in print so I had no token to bargain with. Before the repair I pointed out, that at the time of the check-up they had not seen the failure in the cooling system and that I would expect to at least take the removal of the tank from the bill. After a vague explanation they agreed partially, however in the end charged for it. I had no interest in taking up the argument further because I tread cautiously with my nerves :) however I would like to warn the potential clients. As to the service itself I'm positive that it should be ok thus time will tell. Have a nice one!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann mich nicht beschweren. Egal ob es jetzt Ersatzteile sind die ich benötige oder die Leistungen in der Werkstatt und dem Verkauf! Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und ein großes Lob geht an Patrick Sahl. Mit ihm hatte ich bis jetzt am meisten zu tun und finde es klasse wie er sich die Zeit für die Kunden nimmt.
